Hand Rankings and Basic Rules
Three Card Poker uses a standard 52-card deck. The hand rankings, from lowest to highest, are: High Card, Pair, Flush, Straight, Three of a Kind, and Straight Flush. Unlike five-card poker, three-card hands have tighter odds—a Straight beats a Flush because three-card straights are less common than three-card flushes. On dompettoto, the dealer must qualify (hold Queen-high or better) for outcomes to settle. If the dealer's hand does not qualify, all Play bets push (tie), and only Ante bets are evaluated against the dealer's hand.
Before each round, you place two bets: an Ante (your main stake) and optionally a Play bet (equal to your Ante, required if you wish to continue). After the dealer distributes three cards to you and three to themselves (one dealer card face-up), you decide to Fold (lose your Ante) or Play (match your Ante with a Play bet and compare hands). If you Play and your hand beats the dealer's qualifying hand, your Ante and Play bets both win. If your hand loses, both bets lose. If the dealer does not qualify, your Ante pushes and your Play bet wins. A tie results in a push on both bets.

Three Card Poker on dompettoto settles instantly—the dealer reveals their hand, the system calculates all qualifying conditions and payouts, and your balance updates in real time.
Play Decision Strategy
Your core decision in Three Card Poker is whether to Play or Fold after seeing your three cards and the dealer's face-up card. A simple heuristic: Play if your hand is Queen-high or better, or if you hold a Pair regardless of high cards. Fold weaker hands (Jack-high or lower, unless paired). This basic strategy aligns your decision-making with the dealer's qualification threshold, optimizing your long-term win rate. On dompettoto, the game does not enforce strategy—you are free to Play or Fold based on any reasoning—but understanding the threshold helps you manage your stake allocation across sessions.
Some players also place optional side bets (Pair Plus, Six Card Bonus, or similar, depending on table configuration). These are separate from the Ante/Play structure and offer higher payouts for specific hand combinations. Side bets carry higher house odds and are entirely optional. We detail any available side bets and their payout schedules when you select a Three Card Poker table on dompettoto.
